The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and vibrant property professional to join our Investment Services team. This position is unique and newly created, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to grow and develop the role even further. You will be responsible for managing VIP relationships with our new property owners, which will include on-boarding of their investment property and the crucial management of the relationship during the first few months. You will be the go-to person for queries regarding property management and will be supported with an admin superstar. The role will require a self-starter who is able to plan and manage their own days, working autonomously and within a team to ensure targets are met.
The role is a representation of the agency through phone, email & face-to-face communication, and requires utmost professionalism at all times.
In addition to managing relationships with the property owners, you will also be working closely with the Directors and will involve exposure to strategic planning towards the growth and success of the business.
Our Ideal Candidate
Will be an individual with a property management background, who is looking for an exciting change in their career. You will be a confident and vibrant individual who loves meeting with people and establishes rapport effortlessly. You will be able to multi-task, manage priorities and deliver superior service on time to clients, exceeding expectations. Ideally you will have experience managing relationships with key stakeholders and understand the importance of following through and regular communication. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to build rapport in-person, over the phone and via email. Your understanding of the property industry will allow you to converse with ease.
Our ideal candidate will come from a fast-paced environment and have proven ability to deliver results under pressure when required. If you have experience developing systems which help you stay organised and work more efficiently, this will be highly regarded.
