Our company is one of Australia's premier residential project marketing organisation. We work closely with Australia's premier residential developers and is looking for our next Business Development Director to work closely with our team, to manage our existing relationships and grow our network in the market.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This is a senior leadership role where the successful candidate will work closely with our senior management team to manage and help grow and drive the strategic direction of the VIC business unit and sales teams. The Business Development Director must also be able to build a relationship with all new and existing internal and external stakeholders, including developers and network agencies.
On top of managing key internal stakeholders and leading the Melbourne team , this role will be mainly responsible for setting up and maintaining the relationship with the developers, onboarding projects, managing the Project Sales functions of all the projects across Melbourne. The role will also be required to prepare forecast and budgets for relevant departments, potential sales and work closely with the internal marketing team for marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will be required to travel to China frequently to conduct product training with our sales team and clients.
To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will have the following:
- At least 5 years experience at a similar role
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience
- Established network with the developers in VIC
- Real Estate Agents Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate
- Proven track record in residential sales
- Knowledgeable of the current market and its competition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
