About the Role 
  • Assist with the management of a shared portfolio
  • Report to the Senior Property Manager
  • Liaise with Tenants and Owners 
  • General Property Management/Admin Office duties
  • Leasing, signups, inspections, maintenance
  • Outsourced PCRs
The Ideal Candidate 
  • Adequate knowledge of Rest
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously 
  • Switched on and savvy individual who can hit the ground running
  • Valid Drivers' License & Current Certificate of Registration 
  • 12 Months Real Estate or Property Management experience
