Senior Property Manager 

• Commissions on new Business & Sales Referrals 
• You don't need a car! 
• No leasing, No accounts 
• Ongoing training and development 

The Role: 
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to work within a well established team located in the CBD.  You will be supported by an experienced leasing consultant and accounts team. Day to day the role will include: 

• Managing a neat, tidy portfolio of 200 properties 
• Liase with both landlords and tenants
• Look after the repairs and maintenience
• Arrears management 
• Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals 
• Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports

Do you have what it takes? 

• Current Certificate of Registration 
• Previous experience in Property Management 
• Excellent organisation skills,and attention to detail
• Strong Communication both verbal and written 
• Own car and drivers licence
