This is a part time role, duties will include:

General administration
Data base management
Client prospecting calls & respond to buyer enquiries
Generate new business & identify appraisal opportunities
Assisting with open homes inspections & buyer follow up
Generate new business & identify appraisal opportunities

Candidate must possess the following qualities:

Well presented
Excellent telephone skills
Self motivated
Accuracy & attention to detail in your work
Well developed computer skills
Be able to learn quickly, multi-task & manage your workload
Hold a current drivers licence & have a good reliable car
