THE WHO, THE WHAT AND THE WHERE


Located in the heart of the western suburbs is this a fantastic and well known Real Estate company. Known for delivering a 6 star service, it doesn’t get much better than this when it comes to agencies, and the people are absolutely LOVELY!


WHAT’S INVOLVED?

  • Open and prepare reception, kitchen and office daily, according to procedures
  • Ensure reception and boardroom is clean and tidy at all times
  • Assist with sever back-up process
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages and provide information to callers
  • Greet and offer hospitality to clients and customers who attend the office
  • Maintain awareness of staff movements throughout the day
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and banking
  • Attend post office and bank as required to pay bills and deposit funds
  • Maintain record of electronic and print adverts and track paid advertising and other expenses for clients
  • Receipt paid advertising costs for Clients
  • Assist with website management and updates – e.g. properties, staff, and testimonials
  • Assist with design and printing of brochures
  • Liaise with printers regarding brochures and signs
  • General administrative and clerical support including typing and drafting of documents
  • Creating new hardcopy and electronic files and records
  • Conduct Title Searches through Landgate
  • Coding invoices for MYOB processing, and filing invoices
  • Assist with invoice and cheque processing
  • Assist with coordinating contractors or maintenance for the office
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?


Experience in the same or a similar role in Real Estate is a must! You will also need an excellent phone manner, strong personal presentation and a friendly, welcoming demeanour.
