• $60,000 + COMMISSION

You will be efficient, precise and attentive. This would suit someone that’s currently managing a small portfolio on their own & wants to step up.

The Role:

• $60K + commissions when you bring on new managements!! Fantastic salary on offer!
• They ONLY do apartments which means easier properties to manage
• Monday to Friday – ONLY 1 in 6 Saturdays!
• BOUTIQUE office
• Property ME & Inspect Real Estate – Training provided
• Managing a small portfolio of 100 properties
• Working closely with an experienced Property Manager
• Coordinating and conducting open for inspections when needed

The Candidate:

• Agents Representative Certificate (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)
• Your own car and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Great presentational skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
• Looking to take the next step up in their career!
• VCAT attendance (Training Provided)
