About the Role 
NEW ROLE JUST CALLED IN: Gough Recruitment are excited to announce that one of our well-respected clients are seeking to appoint a new Junior Property Manager to join their existing team of Real Estate Professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain the best training and support from top quality management.
  
Duties include although not limited to:

• Assist the Property Manager in ensuring all PM systems are adhered too
• Cover Reception when required
• Use of Ipad, REST and Filesmart
• Process tenant applications
• Attend to Rental enquiries
• Create property files
• Maintain window display
• Update lease renewals
• General Administrative duties including filing
• Opportunity to step up into own portfolio when ready

Criteria

To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have the following:

• At least 6-12 months experience in Real Estate executing Assistant PM duties
• Experience with REST would be preferred
• Must be articulate and punctual
• Great attitude with a desire for personal growth
• Proven job stability
