Staff Solutions Australia Pty Ltd is currently looking for a Mandarin or Cantonese Speaking Property Sales Consultant to join a global property investment company in Melbourne. 

Responsibilities:

• Selling off the plan properties in Melbourne
• Being a consultant and salesperson, you deliver excellent customer service  to your clients
• Establishing and maintaining client relationships with current and prospective clients 
• Accessing to a portfolio of new properties in Melbourne
• Possessing an ability to build and generate key relationships with outstanding consultation and negotiation skills
• Possessing high energy and customer oriented attitude to hit and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Native in Mandarin or Cantonese and fluent in English
• Minimum of 1 year’ professional experience in a similar role
• Proven sales track records in selling property
• High energy and driven attitude to hit and exceed sales targets
• The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
• Familiar with property trends in Australia 
• Excellent communication and consultative skill
