UniRez Ipswich is looking for a Casual Property Manager to handle day to day operations at its complex in Ipswich.
UniRez is a modern residential property consisting of 40 apartments close to USQ campus.
Specific Emphasis is placed on the following outcomes:

Maximising rental returns

Controlling operational costs
-
Maintaining high level property presentation

Taking due care of the interests of the property owners

Real estate and other legislative compliance
Regular duties include:

Receipting of rent
-
Quarterly Routine inspections
-
Entry and Exit procedures
-
Light Cleaning duties
-
Minor Maintenance
-
Property maintenance and supervision of contractors and Residents' Assistant

Daily, weekly and monthly Reporting
-
Banking
The successful candidate will be:

Proficient in the use of Console
-
Experienced in residential property management
-
Well-versed in relevant tenancy legislation
-
Highly computer literate
-
Able to work under limited supervision
A current real estate license will be highly regarded.
