Our client is the leader in the Inner West market. With a strong brand and award winning team they are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their friendly, professional team.  
  
Managing a rent roll of around 180 properties with the support of a Leasing Consultant, your day will be busy and varied as you attend to overseeing the day to day duties of the rent role. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with landlords & some tenants
• Repairs and maintenance
• Periodic reports
• Tribunal attendance
• And much more

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional relationship building skills. A minimum of 2 years Property Management experience is essential as is knowledge of Console or REST. You must also have tribunal experience and outstanding attention to detail.
