About the opportunity
The Regional Asset Manager will manage a portfolio of 12-14 Aged Care Homes looking to enhance the facilities and ensure compliance with current regulations. In this territory based role, you will demonstrate proven experience in facilities and asset management to drive outcomes for customers and for the business through regular site visits. A customer and employee perspective is essential, as well as excellent cross-functional management skills at a senior level with strength and experience in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Facility or Project Manager looking to take ownership of a portfolio of assets, and develop their career within a large, supportive organisation that offers exciting career progression.
The role is responsible for managing planned & unplanned repairs and maintenance, coordinating, negotiating, reporting and scheduling all essential services and other planned regular repairs and testing, and providing technical support to facilities.
You will be/have:-
- Proven experience in facilities management
- Significant business, commercial and financial acumen
- Expert level experience of successful negotiations, with evidence of having applied innovative thinking, persuasive and negotiating skills and high level strategic planning
- A strong understanding of customer experience and customer centricity principles
- Experience in working effectively within a matrix style organisation, with outstanding cross-functional stakeholder management, working across organisational structures.
- Proactively takes ownership and acts with integrity to deliver required results
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas simply and to all levels and audiences within the organisation
