About the Role:
  
Working as the Senior Property Manager you will be required to manage a small portfolio of 180 high end properties in the Eastern Suburbs. In return you will receive the support of a Leasing Consultant and Property Management Administrator.
  
There are no weekends in this position. You will only be asked to work Monday – Friday and will receive onsite parking.  This position is only available due to company expansion.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Property Manager include:

• Managing a portfolio of 180 properties
• Overseeing the leasing consultant
• Advertising coordination
• Tribunal hearings 
• Handling repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with landlords and tenants

Skills and experience required for the role:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager
• A current certificate of registration
• Your own car and a valid drivers license
• Come with glowing work references
• Stable work history
• Knowledge of the REST program
• Eastern Suburbs local preferred
