This Senior Property Manager position will see you looking after a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties with a view to shift the focus to be entirely commercial. Operating within a POD structure you will have the support of another  property manager as well as leasing support.

As the Property Manager your responsibilities will include: 

• Continuing to nurture and maximise client relationships
• Portfolio management - assisting landlords to maximise their assets 
• In-goings and out goings
• Lease renewals

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you will require:

• Previous experience managing a portfolio either end to end or in a POD
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Immaculate presentation and superior communication skills 
• Experience with REST
• Current real estate license or COR
