Your new role
The successful candidate will come with experience in a strata management field and someone who can hit the ground running in their new role. You will be responsible for multiple blocks of properties (apartment blocks) ensuring legal and insurance compliance, maintenance, and ensuring that all the administration is kept accurate and up to date. It is the Strata Managers responsibility for assisting residents within the building with any disputes or concerns.
What you'll need to succeed
A driver’s license is essential, a current ACT real estate registration, and any proven experience with the ACT strata legislation and/or an ability to handle a growing portfolio.
