The Role
Pelligra is currently seeking a Property Development Administrator to assist the development team with their day to day activities.
The role will include
- Development Administration
- Acquisition/Development Support
- Due Diligence Reporting
- Site Research
- Document Management
- Meeting Co-ordination
- Drafting correspondence and other documents or presentations as required
About You
- Business/Project Management Degree
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite
- Professional presentation and excellent phone manner
- Confidence to communicate with management and a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills / friendly disposition
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work autonomously
- Current Drivers Licence and Motor Vehicle Required
