The Role:
Providing a high level service that is above & beyond to their high profile clients, this is an exciting Leasing Consultant opportunity for a crucial individual to hit the ground running with one of Australia’s most iconic agencies. With plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Routine inspections & Saturday work
• Diary Management
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing leases and lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties

Skills and Experience:

• Previous Leasing Experience is preferred
• A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building
