Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced professionals who take pride in contributing to exceptional building operations and presentation standards plus knows how to create added value. 

This role will proactively manage the day to day operations, to ensure the smooth running of two retail properties.

Other key accountabilities include:

  • Develop a clear understanding of the property management agreement(s) for your portfolio and ensure that our service delivery meets those requirements
  • Managing the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties, including security, maintenance and safety
  • Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors and colleagues 
  • Reviewing the monthly operating expenditure against budget for each asset
  • Working with the relevant Centre Managers to produce monthly client reports as requires
  • Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules

 

 

Qualifications

Further skills and experience you will bring include:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using computer based building maintenance and management systems
  • Excellent financial literacy and IT skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
