What this opportunity involves:
We currently have positions available for Facilities Managers working with a major Government client! You will manage the day to day activities for the assigned portfolio and be the on-site point of contact for all key stakeholders. Reporting to the Account Director, the role will assume overall responsibility for:
- Health and safety management/ legislative requirements;
- Compliance management;
- Risk management;
- Client/stakeholder management;
- Minor works projects;
- Site maintenance & operations management;
- Vendor/ contracts management
- Budgeting & reporting.

Previous experience managing commercial facilities with client service industry experience will be required (Government experience of advantage). Above all you are a superb communicator and thrive on innovating and influencing a variety of stakeholders.
