The successful candidate will enjoy the fast paced environment with a dedicated team and will be working on high volume of listings. You will also be experienced in the entire sales process with history of achieving all agreed sales targets.

The ideal residential sales agent will excel in the following areas:

Conducting Open Homes
Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, purchasers and solicitors
Preparing documents for market appraisals and conducting market appraisals
Prospecting properties
Liaising with solicitors/conveyancers

Working alongside record-breaking sales agents you must have the following skills and attributes:

At least 2 years of real estate sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Immaculate presentation
Ability to work individually as well as a team
Hold a current Certificate of Registration/Licence
Strong local market knowledge
