As the General Manager you will lead a team of professionals to meet and exceed project objectives, effectively manage & run a building of residential suites, understand and commit to achieving targets around growth, gain community knowledge & cohesively run the business. You will have a facility manager reporting to you directly who assists with all facets of the development process, from ongoing development of Residential, through to delivery of its keys stages.

Your duties:
  • Actively maintain a working knowledge of the competitive market
  • Effectively manage & look after boarding houses (serviced apartments)
  • Monitor new developments
  • Evaluate information collected
  • Share information with internal departments including Leasing, Sales, Marketing, & Property Management
  • Generate an engaging work environment by generating an amazing culture & encouraging the team to strive for their best
  • Supervise, lead and train the on-site employees
  • Monitor all monthly and quarterly management reports to meet all required expectations
  • Keep up to date with operations and financial policies, procedures and systems.
  • Implementation of ongoing training, utilization and compliance with all company policies and Fair Trading
  • Effective real estate management of properties and their managements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Finance, or related field
  • 7-10 years experience in Real Estate and Property/asset Management, Leasing of Commercial buildings, or related fields.

  • Ability to lead, manage and mentor a high performing real estate team.
  • Strong and proven real estate and property background
  • Proven Successful Management Experience In Real Estate or similar field
  • High degree of energy, initiative and self-motivation.
  • Previous Experience in business planning/expansion and growth
