About the role
Job Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of 120+ properties
Handling maintenance and repairs
Rent and Lease reviews
Liaising with Contractors, Tenants, Landlords
Conducting ongoing and outgoing reports
Property maintenance management
Provide rent review advice
Handling all property enquiries
Carry out inspections and have a strong attention for detail and presentation

Skills and experience
Minimum two years experience as a Property Manager
Valid Certificate of Registration and Driver's License
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and account manage

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
