We currently have a maternity leave position available for an experienced property manager. Here’s the type of person we are looking for;

A bright, enthusiastic people-person

A holder of a current certificate of registration (this is very important - you cannot work in our industry without this certificate)

A resident of Campbelltown or Camden

A first-class learner. You will have to learn our systems and get up to speed very quickly

Someone with initiative, common sense and street smarts

Someone who can operate independently as well as work in a team

Someone who can take instructions, apply them to the circumstances and act in the best interest of our clients and the company

In order to be considered for this role you will need great skills with these tasks:

Preparing property condition reports

Assessing properties for bond disbursement to tenants and landlords

Providing professional advice to landlords and tenants

Preparing Residential Tenancy Agreements for execution

Conducting open homes and managing tenancy applications

Working with our sales team to manage referrals

An understanding of the benefits of property investing together with landlord and tenant obligations as set out in relevant legislation

Management of regular, routine inspections of rented properties in a systematic and thorough manner

Management of repairs and maintenance at residential rental properties as well as liaison with tradespeople
