Working within the most recognised branding, associating yourself with a prominent Director, we are seeking an outstanding Leasing Consultant to assist in all aspects of Leasing and be a part of the growth, expansion and success of this top performing team.
  

The Role:
Reporting directly into a Senior Property Manager and working within a team of 3, you will backbone of support in a fast paced environment. This is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Routine inspections & Saturday work
• Diary Management
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing leases and lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
