Harrington Estates is a well established Developer in south-west Sydney and is seeking the services of an Assistant Development Manager to be based in the Camden region.  

Harrington Estates has been developing the award winning estates of Harrington Park and Harrington Grove for many years.  Our newest estate, Catherine Park, includes the delivery of completed homes. 

We seek to appoint a full time person who will work within our development team and in conjunction with our sales team to develop and market residential land and homes. Responsibilities will span all aspects of development including liaising with authorities to obtain approvals, civil and landscaping contractor management, development programming, builder liaison, feasibility modelling and market analysis.

The ideal applicant will:

• Have a university degree in a property development related field such as engineering, surveying, town planning, property valuation or business
• Have at least two years experience in the residential development industry
• Have excellent phone manner and face-to-face communication skills.
• Have excellent written communication skills
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be a positive, outgoing and reliable person.
• Hold a current drivers licence and own vehicle.
• Be professional and well presented.
