This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations & Marketing Manager to join the most innovative and dynamic new group to his Sydney! As a new business venture, this is an office placed in the top 5 offices in a well-recognized brand nationally and are seeking a talented individual to join their growing and evolving business. Operating out of brand new, savvy offices in Potts Point, this is a team providing a competitive, five star service with proven results across the most exclusive properties. Working alongside a high performing Director, this is your chance to shine.The Role
Monday - Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this top performing business in order. Reporting to the Director and working within an elite team, this role will see you utilise your administration, management and operations skills daily. As an Operations & Marketing Manager, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
- Research and identify new products that may be suitable
- Design, implement and maintain a social media marketing strategy for the company
- Review and approach all external and internal marketing materials
- Establishing marketing budgets & authorize appropriate payments to suppliers
- Ensure all aspects of the sales process are delivered on time
- Sales Administration
- Oversee administration staff
- Support the facilitation of recruitment process in the office
- Ensure the setup of new staff members
The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will have strong previous Real Estate experience. This is an integral role working alongside a team of Directors and their high performing employees. We are seeking someone that has a current certificate of Registration, Own Car and Drivers Licence. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Strong MS Office skills and be a motivated self-starter. Ideally, you will have:
- High levels of coaching ability
- High degree of presentation skills for training
- Ability to maintain quality of work
