• Full time Trust Accountant – Commercial
• Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Eastern Suburbs
• Up to $80k + Super dependent on experience

If you are an experienced Trust Accountant in either Residential or Commercial and looking to join a growing, reputable company, then this is the role for you.  You will be part of a dynamic team and work alongside 3 other experienced trust accountants as well as being supported by a fantastic administration team.  

The Role:

• RP Office software
• Trust Accounting approx.. 500 Commercial Properties
• Creditor payments
• Commercial tax invoices; e.g. Water rates, council rates, rental increases
• Receipting rental payments
• Reconciliations
• Receipts and Expenditure statements
• Administering budgets
• General accounts
• Cash flow analysis

  About You:

• Experienced Trust Accountant in either Residential or Commercial
• Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines
• Ability to proactively take ownership and initiative to accomplish work assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Team player 
• Time management and attention to detail
