Our Client

The Role
This exciting opportunity exists for someone with a minimum of four years' experience as a successful Residential Senior Property Manager. You must have proven excellence in customer service with a vibrant, positive attitude. You thrive working in a high pressure, higher property amount environment alongside positive, like minded agents who are passionate about Real Estate.
Your duties will consist of but is not limited to:
- This role is full time Monday - Friday with the occasional rotating Saturday
- Managing a portfolio of roughly 300 properties as part of a POD Team
- You will work alongside a Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager
- Providing excellent customer service
Skills & Experience
- Will possess a minimum of two years' experience a Property Manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comprehensive understanding of legislation
- Proven success maintaining and managing relationships
- Current QLD driver's license and own vehicle
- Current Real Estate Certificate and Registration
