Employed by an entrepreneurial and experienced property advisory firm, you will be seconded into a leading residential development group which already has a strong pipeline of developments yet is financed and poised to acquire more. Led by one of the most respected names in the residential development sphere, this group will experience considerable growth in the coming years.

Position:
To provide support across all new business, residential apartments development acquisitions, running feasibility models and development analysis.

Ideally you will come from a valuations background and have a good understanding of development analysis and the residential development market.
