A Typical Day
- Manage 80 properties with the help of an assistant
- Processing maintenance requests
- Finalising bonds
- Ensuring areas are kept under control
- Managing the owner/tenant relationships
Selection Criteria
- Sound experience in Property Management
- A current WA PM Registration
- A valid drivers licence
