About the role:

We are seeking highly-motivated and driven individuals to join our dynamic and professional commercial property sales & leasing team. Ironfish values each of our employee. Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio;

• Lead generation and managing sales by understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions;

• Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients;

• Negotiating property transactions from start to finish;

• Seeking out prospective tenants and groups of tenants;
• Preparation of lease marketing and leasing appraisals.

Skills and experience：

• Experience in commercial property sales and leasing is ESSENTIAL for this role;
• Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication;
• Strong sales and negotiation skills;
• A commitment to providing high levels of customer service;
• Agent’s Representative certificate;
• Reliable car and driver’s license.
