The ideal candidate will possess the following:

-          At least 12 months' experience with proven success record.

-          Current Agent's Representative Certificate.

-          Local area knowledge.

-          Exceptional customer service.

-          Drivers licence & vehicle.

-          Excellent Written and oral presentation skills.

-          Ability to establish new business, negotiate and build solid relationships.

-          Someone who will drive a long term, successful career with LLC Real Estate.

-          Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.

 

Your specific duties and responsibilities will include:

-          Liaise with owners and tenants to negotiate with both parties.

-          Prepare and maintaining property documents and analysis.

-          Build & maintain relationships with a diverse network of local and international clients.

-          Recognise and act on client needs and expectations.

-          Be able to report regularly and accurately to management.

-          Work closely with the internal team members.

-          Attend property viewings with prospective buyers.

-          Meet revenue and business targets through individual and team activity.
