  • This position is from Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6.00pm| Every second Saturday

Our client is a multi-awarded, highly reputable, boutique Agency located in the Caulfield area.  This agency is the undisputed market leaders in the area.  They have a thriving team so you will always be busy in this front of office role and your day will always be varied and never boring! 


The role
This is an extremely important role within this Real Estate agency as you will be the first point of contact with their clients. In addition you will also be required to support the Sales & PM Teams. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Key Job Functions:

  • To take all front desk enquiries - both walk in traffic and phone calls/enquiries.
  • Check and forward voicemail messages, e-mail, faxes, incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide administrative support as required/requested.
  • Maintain reception area to a high standard.
  • Meet Company's Customer Service Standards.
  • To work within a team in a professional, efficient and diplomatic manner 

Key selection criteria for this position:

  • Excellent telephone manner and technique, communication skills - verbal, listening and written..
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills - particularly time management and the ability to prioritise.
  • Word processing, knowledge/experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy and adheres to systems.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • High level of personal presentation.
  • A team player with proven ability to work unsupervised and with initiative to meet set timelines and deadlines.
  • Proactive, punctual and reliable

To succeed, you will need previous experience in an administration role - real estate experience would be highly regarded, but not essential.
