Our client is a dynamic growing private company with strong links in both Australia and China. The role has arisen due to the growth of the development pipeline across NSW. The client is well established in the market and has a large portfolio of land and residential projects. 
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join the team, based in the Sydney Office. You will be responsible for managing the sales processes, liaising with local and international buyers, and assisting with marketing strategies in order to attract buyers. 
  
This a great opportunity to work on some of the largest and best quality residential developments in Sydney, as well as expanding an already highly regarded brand! You will join a high performing team and culture.
  
Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Handle all digital enquiries for land sales
• Engage digitally with potential buyers and sell via email
• Conduct market research on other land sales in area
• Work with Marketing Manager to devise and implement social media sales strategy e.g. We Chat
• Liaise with Sales Manager, external sales agents, on-site sales team and channel sales referrals

To be successful in this position you will bring:

• The ability to speak both English & Mandarin in order to liaise with international buyers
• Understands the property industry
• Strong communication skills – Must be able to speak/write both mandarin and English fluently
• Past experience in sales is preferred e.g. land, projects or residential real estate
• We Chat and social media experience
