ABOUT THE ROLE.

In this position you report to the Director of Projects, however you will be required to work autonomously in the overall project sales and negotiation process. You will be required to deliver renewed tenure, renegotiate terms and agreements, and manage new terms, and you will provide advice to the legal team ensuring documents are met within a time frame.

DUTIES. 

  • Service incoming buyer inquiries, database calls and prospecting for additional buyer interest
  • Educate buyers regarding the project, investment potential and general property market commentary
  • Source buyers through networking
  • Liaise and build relationships with your peers and clients 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. 
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Rstate licence
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese is advantageous 
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
  • Ability to follow up leads and work through a database to generate sales
  • Strong time management and prioritisation ability
