ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ACRWORLD are working with one of Australia leading Building and Strata management agencies with operations across 3 states and a well established team of 40 property professionals.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Manager to oversee a luxury residential complex in Sydney's South. The property consists of 250+ residential units, a few retail units, a gym and pool.

The property has been managed by my client for the past 4 years so an excellent relationship has been built with the residents and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

Regular building inspections
Handling resident enquiries and ensure any issues are followed up in a timely manner
Liaise with strata managers and executive committee members
Maintenance of the key register and security key audits
Coordinate external contractors for maintenance works
Management of common facilities
Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally

ABOUT YOU:

Ideally 2-3 years residential building management experience
Good understanding of residential strata schemes and compliance
Previous management of common property including swimming pools, gym and lifts
Proven ability to work autonomously
Proven ability to build solid relationships and rapport with residents and other stakeholders
Understand the importance of delivering the best customer service
