They have a current opportunity for a Portfolio Centre Manager to join their Sydney team looking after a their most prestigious assets;

• Leading the Centre Management team
• Driving efficiencies across the assets
• Developing and implementing asset strategies
• Overseeing Operations and Capital works
• Delivering the Centre’s financial results
• Working closely with the leasing and marketing team to ensure they are achieving their objectives
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and tenants
• Engaging with the customers and community to position the Centre

The ideal Candidate for this position will have;

• Strong understanding of Shopping Centre management, operations and financials
• Previous experience in Centre Management essential
• Relevant degree qualifications (preferred)
• A passion for leading and managing a team to achieve their goals
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The organisational skills needed to manage multiple assets
• Capabilities across budgeting and forecasting
• A positive and self-driven attitude
• An ability to thrive working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• A can do approach and enthusiasm to work as part of a successful team
