Seeking an experienced shopping centre facilities manager to start mid year
Your new company
Our client is seeking a talented Retail Operations Manager to proactively supervise the day to day activities for a high profile shopping centre in Darwin. Looking to commence around May 2017, this job requires someone who has an extensive shopping centre management background.
Your new role
As Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the FM Operations of a high profile shopping centre in Darwin. You will be based onsite and take responsibility for the delivery of maintenance, safety, and compliance of the facilities from the tenant perspective. You will be liaising closely with tenants and client property team representatives, ensuring work orders are managed and delivered, co-ordinating contractors for reactive and PPM schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this Facilities Manager position you will have demonstrated experience in an FM environment managing a client’s shopping centre. You will be excellent at coordinating work orders and client expectations as this is a high volume role covering multiple trades. You will have demonstrated experience in all aspects of risk and compliance management and building services and will have experience managing tenants and contractors. You will be a business professional with proven experience in managing budget, P&L, report writing with strong time management and communication skills.
