About the Role 

As a Junior Property Manager your duties are, but not limited to:

• Manage shared portfolio of properties
• Leasing, Applications, Maintenance, updating PCRs 
• Liaise with tenants and contractors
• General Property Management duties

The Ideal Candidate 

• Valid Drivers' Licenses
• Real Estate or Property Management experience 
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Current Certificate of Registration
