Development Manager

A high performing Local Developer in Sydney are looking for a Development Manager to provide support across a number of key residential projects. This business has a strong reputation in the market for providing a high-quality product and has a successful track record of delivering a mix of medium to large scale developments.

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting feasibility studies
• Assisting with the end to end development proposals
• Liaising with Consultants, Government, Planners, Project Managers etc
• Reporting on financial and program status
• Mentoring the Construction program and budget
• Assisting with the engagement and management of consultants

Your profile:

• Degree qualified in Property or a related field of study
• Previous experience in a Development focused role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Self motivated, driven and a team player
