The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support and marketing services while constantly demonstrating initiative. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic that can work both in a team and autonomously. Monday – Friday, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the coordination and placement of advertising and marketing in newspapers
- Property marketing including photography and preparation of floor plans
- Manage inquiries from both vendors and purchases
- Organizing building/pest control inspectors
- Auction preparation and attendance
- Manage the exchanging of contracts and oversee all exchanges
- Staff compliance and company compliance
- Ad hoc administration
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Real Estate
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
- Immaculately presented and well groomed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possess a strong work ethic
