Market leaders in the Perth Project Residential market, Colliers International work with many of Perth’s top developers. Our Residential Projects division has the largest residential apartment portfolio for sale of any agency in Perth and works for many of Perth’s major developers both locally and offshore.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Executive to help drive sales and build strong relationships within the inner city apartment market, off the plan projects and metropolitan land sales. Reporting to the Director of Residential Projects, the key responsibilities of the role include: 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developer clients and maintain high presence in the market place
  • Promote and market apartment projects and land estates through various available mediums
  • Facilitate negotiations between clients and prospective buyers
  • Assist in representing and promoting Colliers Residential brand
  • Prepare sales agency agreements
  • Liaise with all internal product lines to ensure cross referral opportunities between departments
  • Meet individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis
  • Actively pursue new appointments opportunities for Colliers International
  • Continue to increase the depth of understanding of the major players and identities, including new trends and directions in the market
Skills and qualities we are seeking in candidates are:
  • Valid and current Department of Commerce Real Estate License is essential
  • A minimum of 3 years residential sales experience is also essential
  • Understanding of local property market and current trends
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Performance driven with team focus
  • Excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively 
  • The skill and ability to liaise with internal and external customers in a professional manner
  • Current drivers license 
  • Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Experience in off the plan apartment sales is highly desirable and will set you apart from other applicants.
