An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and results focussed individual to join our dynamic and highly professional Development Team based in West Perth. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing project delivery and the commercial performance of major residential and mixed use projects, including the management of consultants and contractors;
- Leading and managing product design and approval processes;
- Ensuring on time / on budget delivery of all project stages including obtaining current and future approvals and title procurement;
- Maintaining strong relationships with local/state government and other key stakeholders;
- Preparing & presenting monthly Board reports and project financial analysis; and
- Ensuring the highest quality Estate presentation is maintained at all times.
To be considered for this role you will be degree qualified in a property related or urban planning discipline and will have a track record of working on the delivery of major residential land development projects. You will have demonstrated business acumen and experience assessing the financial benefits and risks of projects you are working on. You will have a sound understanding of the importance of collaborating with others and will be across best practice in sales and marketing strategy.
