Retail Lease Administration Manager role for an ASX diversified property group
Your new company
Our client is an ASX listed diversified property group that owns an impressive portfolio of shopping centres nationally. They are looking for an experienced retail lease administration manager to join their team.
Your new role
Key responsibilities of the role include preparing & executing lease documents, assisting with the preparation of monthly reports and ensuring tenants comply with their lease terms. Also you will review, negotiate and approve amendments requested by tenant’s solicitors, assist the leasing team, provide advice & approval on lease terms and maintain records of licences.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will ideally have at least three years of experience retail lease administration, you will have a high attention to detail, be able to prioritise and meet deadlines. As strong understanding of the retail leases act is a must and a law background will be looked upon favourably.
