My client is based in the CBD area and is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team. Also open to a Residential Property Manager wanting to make the move into Commercial.

Small Portfolio - around 150 properties
Mainly Retail Properties in the area
Administration support
Car parking provided
Company Phone provided
Salary - depending on exp ($90,000K + Super )

About You,

Experience in either Commercial or Residential Property Management
Excellent communication skills
Must have an Agent rep certificate
Must have a reliable car
