This is an excellent opportunity for two paert-time receptionists to join an established real estate agency in the inner city, which offers excellent career opportunities.
 
As the office receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting clients and customers, managing and directing incoming calls and providing support to our sales and property management teams. 

Hours: 27 hours a week, on an hourly rate.

The role
This is an extremely important role within this Real Estate agency as you will be the first point of contact with their clientS. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Required to use RP office and also use a hotel software program for booking serviced apartments.
  • Answering and screening telephone calls and accurately relaying messages
  • Management of emails and correspondence
  • Managing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Provide a high level of service to our clients
  • Maintaining supply of forms and documents
  • Issuing keys and collating tenancy applications
  • Initiative and a can-do attitude
  • Previous experience using RP Data is desirable but not essential
  • Maintain reception area to a high standard.
  • Meet Company's Customer Service Standards.
  • To work within a team in a professional, efficient and diplomatic manner 
  • Assist the Property Manager & Sales Department with administration duties
  • Answer telephone in accordance with Dingle Partners telephone answering policy.
  • Attend to walk-in enquiries and personally introduce clients to appropriate personnel.
  • Take reservation calls for short-term/Airbnb tenancy – book in reservation software
  • Settle client accounts
  • Maintain security procedure
  • Take accurate messages and ensure their prompt distribution to personnel.
  • Receipt tenancy payments while maintaining accurate records of same.

Key selection criteria for this position:

  • Excellent telephone manner and technique, communication skills - verbal, listening and written..
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills - particularly time management and the ability to prioritise.
  • Word processing, knowledge/experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy and adheres to systems.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • High level of personal presentation.
  • A team player with proven ability to work unsupervised and with initiative to meet set timeline and deadlines.
  • Proactive, punctual and reliable
 
To succeed, you will need previous experience in an administration role - real estate experience would be highly regarded, but not essential.
