- Immediate Need for 2 - 3 Valuers – Firm Growing Steadily
- Non-mortgage Training Supplemented by Steady Mortgage Workload
- Service Warragul; Gippsland EVEN from Melbourne fringe
Residential Property Valuer OR Commercial CPV. This National Property Advisory Firm is lauded by Clients for their high-quality work and well-known in the valuations industry for their internal systems and exceptional culture.
With a steady Pipeline of Rural Residential work, and significant commercial workload in Industrial, Retail Shops, Rent Reviews, Regional office Space (circa $2m) there’s a need for at least two valuers in this space.
- Patch is the Rural Residential Area within 100km radius of Warrgul
- Operate directly out of the Warragul Office; OR
- Service this patch from the Melbourne Fringe.
- Team growth is steady & organic
- Currently need 2 valuers in the West Gippsland region.
Receive training into specialist valuations from a Regional Leader in the growing Acquisition / Compensation and Agribusiness spaces. With the state of the mortgage market we’re seeing these markets become more appealing, which makes this opportunity to become upskilled in the area a positive direction for your future professional development.
