Our client is a leading and multi award-winning Residential Property Developer who is considered a strong player in Residential Masterplanned Communities.

They are continuing to experience strong growth across the country, with an established land bank, active projects and growth strategies in place, join the team now and benefit from the great mentoring and guidance from the numerous mentors on hand. 
 
You will work as part of a team that run a number of projects at various stages of completion. With some of these in delivery & sales phases, others in design and approvals you will learn about the development process from start to finish. You will have exposure to both land and built form, whilst learning from a number of the company's best Development and Senior Development Managers. 

We are looking for someone who ticks the following boxes:

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Town Planning or Envirments
• Strong financial acumen, a commercial approach and advanced computer skills including industry related software such as Estate Master 
• Experience with delivery of projects 
• Strong passion for property and desire to commit to company long-term
