Market leader requires Development Manager to work on existing master planned communities and future projects.
Your new company
You will be working for an established ASX listed Australian property group. They are a market leader in master planned communities, with one of Australia's strongest portfolios and a strategic plan for further growth.
Your new role
Due to rapid growth my client requires an experienced Development Manager reporting to the Senior Development Manager to assist on numerous master planned community projects. Your role will be managing the day to day delivery of existing projects, as well locating new sites and managing the full development life cycle of those projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience delivering projects within residential planning, staging and design. Experience in master planned communities is preferred but not essential.
Your roles and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Internal/External stakeholder management
- Assisting with site acquisition
- End to end project life cycle management
- Feasibility
- Manage all planning approvals
- Assisting with sales and marketing strategies
