Partnering with FutureYou, together we are seeking a Senior Leasing Executive to be based on a portfolio of 5 medium sized shopping centres throughout Australia. It is a must that you have a minimum of 5 + years of leasing experience across a variety of asset classes within both project and static leasing.
** Position is located out of Sydney head office**

Our client is one of Australia's leading retail funds that specialises in the ownership and management of various assets within the country.
Description
As a Senior Leasing Executive, it will be your responsibility to re-negotiate existing leases to maximise gross income, ensure low vacancy with rental growth, continue to work on remixing and adding new projects, continuously canvas the market and be up to date with the new and existing retailers.
Portfolio will consist of approximately 5 shopping centres across various states in Australia.
Profile
The successful candidate will have minimum of 5 + years of direct leasing experience across a variety of retail assets in both static and project leasing. Ideally you will have a large network across national retailers.
